How to validate a fan card
Three ways.
- Type the card ID in the field above. Every card carries a unique ID like
ADM-VIP-XXXXXXXX. Enter it as printed. - Scan the QR. Use any phone camera. The QR encodes the card ID — your phone will offer to open this verify page automatically.
- Check from your dashboard. Sign in to your fan account → My Cards. Each card shows its live status, expiry and QR.
A "valid" result confirms the card was issued by this platform — it does not guarantee event admittance, which remains subject to venue policy and door staff approval. If a result looks unexpected, contact management directly — never pay anyone outside the official channel.
