Primepass Management is a boutique talent management studio working at the intersection of film, television, editorial, and brand. Founded in 2018 with Adam Demos as the studio's founding lead artist, we represent a deliberately limited roster — and engage every brief with hands-on principal-level attention.

How a brief moves through the studio.
Every inquiry that arrives — whether a press request, a brand partnership, a fan card application, or a meet & greet — enters the same audited workflow. Submissions are reviewed within 24 business hours. Approvals are made by a principal, not an automated system. Verified status is granted only after a formal agreement is in place. We do not represent any artist publicly until that formal step is complete.
Intake & logging
Every inquiry — press, brand, casting, meet & greet, fan card — lands in one auditable queue. The submission is timestamped, given a reference, and assigned to the appropriate principal within an hour.
Principal review
A principal reviews fit on two axes — editorial alignment with the artist, and commercial cleanliness of the offer. Anything that fails either axis is declined or returned with a request for more information.
Contract & ledger
Approved engagements move to a written agreement before any public commitment. Every payment routes through one central invoice ledger — no off-book commitments, no informal cash flows.
Delivery & logistics
Once an engagement is locked, our coordination team manages travel, on-site logistics, embargo handling, and creative briefing. Artists arrive prepared; partners receive consistent communication.
Post-engagement review
After every booking, we debrief internally and follow up with the partner. Lessons feed into how future briefs of similar shape are evaluated. Bad-faith partners are noted; great ones are remembered.
Annual roster review
Once a year, principals review every artist on the roster. Representation is mutual: artists who have outgrown us are encouraged to graduate, and those who fit better than ever are renewed.

Editorial & commercial direction
Two principals lead the studio. Every roster decision, every contract, and every brand alignment passes a principal's desk before commitment. They are the studio's editorial conscience and its accountable signers.
Appearances & logistics
Casting calls, event bookings, travel and on-site coordination. The booking desk holds the calendar of every active artist and quietly makes sure nothing collides — premieres, shoots, charity dates, personal time.
Partnerships & campaigns
Brand fit, usage rights, territory, deliverables, and campaign delivery. The brand desk negotiates the structure of every commercial engagement and protects the long-term equity of each artist's image.
Fans & experiences
The team behind this platform — fan cards, meet & greet workflow, tier rewards, customer messaging, and door-side card verification. They keep fan engagement structured, safe, and personal.
Why we stay small.
A management list is not a leaderboard. We've capped active representation at twelve artists because it is the largest number two principals can know intimately — what they're shooting next quarter, what they want to do in two years, who they're tired of working with, where they want to live.
New representation is invitation-only. We add no more than two artists in any twelve-month window, and only after a long conversation about whether we are the right room for them. If we aren't, we'll happily refer to a studio that is.
