NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT — v1.0
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned ("Recipient") and Primepass Management on behalf of the artist(s) participating in the requested meet & greet engagement ("Disclosing Party"). By signing below the Recipient agrees to the following terms in connection with any in-person meeting, virtual meeting, photographic session or related interaction:
1. Confidentiality. Recipient will hold in strictest confidence any non-public information about the artist, their schedule, residence, family, professional projects, opinions, or unreleased works learned during the engagement. Confidential information remains the property of the Disclosing Party.
2. No recording without consent. No audio, video, photograph, transcription or screenshot may be captured, broadcast, streamed or shared without prior written authorisation from management. Photographs offered as part of the engagement are exempt from this clause but remain personal-use only.
3. No commercial use. Recipient will not use the artist's likeness, name, voice or any output of the engagement for commercial gain, endorsement, social-media monetisation, sale of memorabilia, or media commentary.
4. Conduct. Recipient will conduct themselves respectfully, comply with venue and security instructions, and accept that engagement may be terminated at any moment at management's sole discretion if these terms are breached.
5. Personal data. Recipient acknowledges that the contact and identification information provided in this request will be retained for verification, security and audit purposes for at least 24 months.
6. Term. The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement survive the engagement indefinitely. Breach may result in injunctive relief and damages, and forfeiture of any associated fan card or membership without refund.
7. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of England.
